T3W8 Task

1) Illustrate with examples what would you see in the design of a building that you would consider it to be unique.
Innovative, stands out, different, intricate, bold.

2) Illustrate with examples how does colors affect the look and feel of a building (exterior/interior)?

Colours will affect the mood and how a building feels to the person, blue will give a gloomy sense, red is anger and the intensity of a colour also affects how a person feels and reacts. A vibrancy of colours will also make a building stand out as well. Certain colours also make something stand out, red is also an example.

3) llustrate with examples how does lights affect the look and feel of a building (exterior/interior)?

Light, used properly, can create many different feelings. Poorly maintained lighting can ruin the design of a building. Architectural lighting is also important in design as it not only will support the architecture, but to accentuate it as well.



4) Illustrate with examples how does texture affect the look and feel of a building (exterior/interior)?

If manipulated correctly, the texture blends in with the surrounding and the feel. If the exterior looks smooth, the building will look cosy. But if the exterior looks sharp and dangerous, the building will look hostile.
