Project Name: Reminisce

Purpose of Building: The available shops in clementi would be shopping malls which would be clementi mall and clementi shopping centre. A marketplace is the space, actual, virtual or metaphorical, in which a market operates. Reminisce would sell daily necessities to people at a much lower price than those in shopping centers, so it would help the people with a lower income to save money. Reminisce would also be equipped with tuition centers, fitness classes, and more, for self-betterment of the residents living nearby.

Concept: Reminisce would have an olden design to remind people of how their life was like in the past, where everything was as everything is getting more advanced, and prices are also increasing, causing the cost of living to increase. Reminisce would be environmentally friendly since it does not make use of air-conditioning throughout the entire building, and also having more natural light entering. Colours used would be red with a rough texture for the walls, and brown for the roof for the olden design.
